Sharing

Any list can be shared. Sharing is free and has no limit on how many people you share with.

• Sharing a list covers inviting people, join links and read-only access.
• Working together covers assignment, comments, live updates and seeing who is looking.

What sharing gives you

Everyone on a shared list sees the same tasks, and changes appear for everyone as they happen. Tasks can be assigned, discussed in comments, and completed by anyone.

Events are shared differently, because guests do not need accounts. See Events.
