Devices and sign-ins
Registered devices
Section titled “Registered devices”Your account lists the devices signed in to it. Each shows what kind of client it is, so you can tell a phone from a browser.
Worth a look occasionally. A device you no longer own, or one you do not recognise, is the thing to act on.
Sign-in history
Section titled “Sign-in history”Sign-in history shows recent sign-ins with the platform used.
An unfamiliar entry is worth taking seriously, but note that a browser you use rarely, or a new phone, will also appear as something you might not immediately recognise. Check the timing before concluding anything.
Signing out other devices
Section titled “Signing out other devices”Sign out all other devices ends every session except the one you are using.
Use it when you have lost a device, sold one, or think somebody else has access. Change your password first if you suspect the account itself, otherwise they can simply sign back in.
You stay signed in where you are, so you will not lock yourself out by using it.
