Your profile
The Profile page holds the details Tophhie Cloud services use to address you.
What you can change
Section titled “What you can change”| Field | Used for |
|---|---|
| Display name | How your name appears across Tophhie Cloud |
| First name, Last name | Your name in more formal contexts |
| Job title | Optional |
| Street address, City, State or county, Postal code, Country | Optional |
| Preferred language | Which language Tophhie Cloud uses when contacting you |
Edit the fields you want to change and select Save changes. Reset puts back what was there before you started editing, as long as you have not saved yet.
Everything except your display name is optional. Leaving a field empty is fine.
What you cannot change here
Section titled “What you cannot change here”Your email address cannot be changed in the portal. Email help@tophhie.cloud if it needs to change.
Your password is on the Security page rather than here.
Social sign-ins such as Apple, Google and Microsoft are managed from the Tophhie Cloud sign-in page, not the portal. The Profile page lists them so you can see what is connected. See Connected identities.
Your account card
Section titled “Your account card”At the top of the page, alongside your details, is a card showing your account status and the date you joined. It is there for reference; there is nothing to change.
If saving fails
Section titled “If saving fails”Two messages are worth telling apart.
“We couldn’t verify your identity to save changes.” Your session needs refreshing. Wait a moment and try again, or sign out and back in.
“Could not save your profile.” The change did not reach Microsoft. Try again, and if it keeps happening email help@tophhie.cloud.
Either way, nothing is saved unless you see the confirmation, so a failed save has not left your profile half-changed.
