Getting in

• Signing in covers reaching the portal and what happens when you do.

Your details

• Your profile covers your name, job title, address and preferred language.
• Your data covers downloading a copy of what the account holds, and what happens if you want it deleted.

Security

• Password and sign-in methods covers changing your password, adding or removing ways to sign in, and signing out everywhere.
• Multi-factor authentication covers turning extra sign-in security on.
• Sign-in activity covers checking where and when your account has been used.

Everything else

• Apps and services covers the Tophhie Cloud apps connected to your account.

In a hurry

If you think your account has been compromised, do these two things in order:

1. Change your password.
2. Sign out everywhere.
