Signing in
Go to myaccount.tophhie.cloud and select Sign in.
You are sent to the Tophhie Cloud sign-in page, which is the same one you use for every other Tophhie Cloud service, and returned to the portal once you are through. Whatever you normally sign in with works here: email and password, or a social account such as Apple, Google or Microsoft.
There is no separate account or password for the portal.
Finding your way around
Section titled “Finding your way around”| Page | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Overview | A summary, with shortcuts to the rest |
| Profile | Your name, job title, address and preferred language |
| Security | Password, sign-in methods, multi-factor authentication, sessions |
| Apps and services | Tophhie Cloud apps connected to your account |
| Sign-in activity | Where and when your account has been used |
Language and appearance are in the sidebar as well. They change the portal only, not your account.
Signing out
Section titled “Signing out”Sign out in the sidebar ends your session in this browser.
If you want to end sessions on other devices too, that is a different thing: see signing out everywhere.
If you cannot sign in
Section titled “If you cannot sign in”You have forgotten your password. Use the reset link on the sign-in page. The portal cannot reset it for you, because you have to be signed in to reach it.
You signed up with Apple, Google or Microsoft. There is no Tophhie Cloud password on your account to reset. Sign in with that provider instead. Your connected identities on the Profile page show which ones your account has.
Sign-in fails or loops. Try a private browsing window first, which rules out a stale cookie. If it still fails, email help@tophhie.cloud and say what you were signing in with.
